How can I set up Emory email on Microsoft Outlook?

Emory email can be easily setup in your outlook webmail if you want to know how to setup outlook emory, follow these steps:
1. Open Microsoft Outlook and click on the "File" tab.
2. Click on "Add Account" and select "Manual setup or additional server types."
3. Choose "POP or IMAP" as your account type and click "Next."
4. Enter your Emory email address and name.
5. Select "IMAP" as your account type and enter "imap.emory.edu" as both your incoming and outgoing mail server.
6. Enter your Emory login ID and password as your login credentials.
7. Click "More Settings" and navigate to the "Outgoing Server" tab.
8. Check the box for "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication.
9. Click "OK" and then "Next" to finish the setup process.

It is easy, you need to enter your mail server settings including the server host and your username. Then you can set up Emory email on Microsoft Outlook.

Open Outlook.
Click on the File tab.
Click on Account Settings.
Click on Add Account.
Select Manually configure server settings or additional server types.
Select Microsoft Exchange.
Click on Next.
Enter your Emory NetID in the User Name field.
Enter your Emory password in the Password field.
Enter the incoming mail server address (imap.emory.edu) in the Incoming Mail (POP3 or IMAP) field.
Enter the outgoing mail server address (smtp.emory.edu) in the Outgoing Mail (SMTP) field.
Click on Next.
Outlook will test your settings. If the test is successful, you will see a message saying "Your account was set up successfully."
